Rules for using That’s in the Bible and other Many Hats apps.

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) before using That’s in the Bible (the “App”), operated by Many Hats.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The App

That’s in the Bible provides Bible-related facts, trivia, and scripture references for educational and entertainment purposes. Content is presented in a light, humorous tone but references real biblical passages.

3. Content disclaimer

Facts and trivia are summaries intended for general interest, not theological instruction.
Scripture references link to third-party sites (such as BibleGateway). We do not control external websites.
You are responsible for verifying scripture and interpretations that matter to you.

4. Free and Premium features

The free version includes a limited set of facts and trivia features. The current release does not show third-party ads; future versions may.
Premium is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks additional content and features and removes ads when advertising is enabled.
Prices are shown in the App and processed through Google Play. All sales are subject to Google’s terms.

5. Purchases and refunds

Purchases are handled by Google Play. Refund requests must be directed to Google Play support according to their policies. Use “Restore Purchases” in Settings if you reinstall the App on a device linked to the same store account.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer or misuse the App
Use the App in violation of applicable laws
Redistribute App content commercially without permission

7. Intellectual property

The App, its design, original text, and branding are owned by Many Hats or its licensors. Bible text accessed through external links remains subject to the policies of those providers.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy or uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Many Hats is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms or the App at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
